The Gunners travel to Huddersfield Town on Sunday to finish the 2017-2018 Premier League season. Wenger’s men are confirmed as sixth-place finishers in the league, while Wagner’s side secured Premiership safety last Wednesday with a point at Stamford Bridge.

Meanwhile, Arsenal have yet to earn a single point away from home in the league during the 2018 calendar year. The team will surely love to say goodbye to Arsène Wenger by breaking this streak.

David Wagner got a boost on Wednesday when Tom Ince returned to the bench from injury. The Englishman has 32 league appearances this season, making him one of the more influential players at his club. Huddersfield Town will likely gain a boost from his availability.

However, both Danny Williams and Elias Kachunga remain long-term absentees. They are both suffering from ankle injuries.

Konstantinos Mavropanos received a red card midweek against Leicester City, and will therefore miss the match due to suspension. On the injury front, things look fairly grim for the north Londoners as well.

Laurent Koscielny, the club’s assistant captain, went down in the Europa League semi-final second leg against Atlético Madrid. The Frenchman is confirmed as having ruptured his Achilles and will miss the remainder of the season, as well as the World Cup.

Mohamed Elneny will also miss out on the rest of the campaign. He received a knock to his ankle almost a month ago against West Ham, suffering ligament damage. The Egyptian is hopeful for the World Cup.

Mesut Özil, meanwhile, has missed the last two matches with a back injury. He confirmed via social media that he is also hopeful for the World Cup. However, Arsenal will have to do without the German playmaker against Huddersfield Town.
